Job Summary

Join Leads to Closings as an outbound cold calling representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for calling U.S. real estate agents to schedule calls for our sales team. If you enjoy working with people and you're looking to work with a company that provides a great product then this is for you.

Your Role

As an outbound cold calling representative, you'll be placing outbound dials through our CRM. In addition to outbound cold calls, you'll also be calling warm leads who have responded positively to our other marketing efforts, such as cold SMS, direct mail, Facebook ads and YouTube Ads. You'll report daily on key metrics like number of dials per day, talk time and number of appointments set.

Ideal Candidate

  • Has a fast internet connection

  • Has a fast computer

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Hungry and driven to succeed and make money

  • Comfortable working in US time zones (9AM - 6PM Eastern US time).

  • Fully committed to a full-time position - no other jobs or studies.

  • Resilient under pressure and able to overcome objections to set the appointments.

  • Has experience in the real estate market and is familiar with the industry jargon.

Compensation

  • Commission only until we hit $10k per month

  • At which point we’ll pay base + commission + bonuses

  • Average closing ratio is 40% - goal is 5 set appointments per day

  • Commission is $40 per sale, 2 sales per day = $80 per day

  • Working 5 days per week that’s $400 per week or $1,600 per month

  • Once we hit $10k per month, OTE is $2,000 - $3,000 with bonuses

What You'll Do

  1. Make a minimum of 150 dials per day using our CRM and dialer.

  2. Set a minimum of 5 appointments per day.

  3. Participate in daily service team meetings and ongoing training to refine your skills and abilities.

  4. Schedule calls in our High Level calendar for our sales reps and add notes as needed.

  5. Continuously work your follow up pipeline, scheduling new appointments from interested prospects whenever possible.

  6. Work autonomously and report KPIs daily to management.

You Shouldn't Apply If

  • You have other obligations such as another job or studies. This role requires full-time commitment.

  • You are not fluent in English. Clear communication is essential to succeed in this role.

  • You lack cold calling experience. We are seeking candidates with a proven background in telemarketing (real estate cold calling experience a plus, but not required).

  • You are located in a time zone where you'll be working a night shift.
