Job Summary
Join Leads to Closings as a customer success manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for on/off-boarding clients, working with account managers, and increasing client retention. Your Role
As a customer success manager you'll be directly responsible for managing all client communication. This will involve onboarding calls, calling up clients if they have a problem, handling the support inbox as well as allocating account managers to particular client accounts. You'll report daily on key metrics like leads generated and retention rates.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in client management.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Autonomous and self-driven, capable of managing your own client management process.
Comfortable working in US time zones (9AM - 6PM Eastern US time).
Fully committed to a full-time position - no other jobs or studies.
Resilient under pressure and thrives in a high-performance environment.
Has experience in the real estate market and is familiar with the jargon.

Base Pay: US$2,080/month
+ Commission Bonus: US$1,200/month - US$3,000/month
What You'll Do
Handle all customer communication and focus on keeping them happy. If a customer has a problem, you must be quick to call them up and communicate with them.
Engage in continuous learning and improvement, receiving weekly training and 1:1 reviews with leadership.
Participate in weekly service team meetings and ongoing training to refine our service and keep clients happy.
Host onboarding calls with new clients and set expectations clear to them before starting.
Setup new clients' accounts on our HighLevel CRM.
Work autonomously to manage our customers and clients.

You are not fluent in English. Clear communication is essential to succeed in this role.
You lack customer service experience. We are seeking candidates with a proven background in customer service roles.
