Job Summary
Join Leads to Closings as a remote sales representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for calling U.S. real estate agents to close them on working with us. If you have sales experience and you're looking to work with a company that provides a great product then this is for you.
Your Role
As a remote sales representative, you'll be calling agents at the day and time of their scheduled appointment to qualify them, explain our products and services and close them on purchasing leads from us.
In addition to calling agents at the time of their appointment, you'll also be working your pipeline of agents to follow up and close them.
You'll report daily on key metrics such as number of sales appointments per day, number of closes and gross revenue earned per day.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Hungry and driven to succeed and make money
Comfortable working in US time zones (9AM - 6PM Eastern US time).
Fully committed to a full-time position - no other jobs or studies
Resilient under pressure and able to overcome objections to close the sale
Open to feedback and constructive criticism, is coachable
Has sales experience and knowledge of the real estate market and is familiar with the industry jargon

Compensation
Commission only until we hit $10k per month
At which point we’ll pay base + commission + bonuses
Commission is $50 per sale, 2 sales per day = $100 per day
Working 5 days per week that’s $500 per week or $2,000 per month
Once we hit $10k per month, OTE is $4,000 - $6,000
What You'll Do
Take sales calls all day (10-16 per day) - you’ll take calls from 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern time
Close a minimum of 2 agents per day - all sales are done over the phone
Participate in weekly sales training to refine your skills and abilities.
Update opportunities in our High Level CRM and add notes as needed.
Continuously work your follow up pipeline, closing new prospects whenever possible.
Work autonomously and report KPIs daily to management.
You Shouldn't Apply If
You have other obligations such as another job or studies. This role requires full-time commitment.
You are not fluent in English. Clear communication is essential to succeed in this role.
You lack sales experience. We are seeking candidates with a proven background in sales (real estate related sales experience a plus, but not required).
You are located in a time zone where you'll be working a night shift.
